Enterprise Ethernet FAQS
If you're interested in an Enterprise Ethernet connection for your business, our team will perform a Service Qualification to determine if your premise is eligible. This process will also identify any potential setup fees associated with your location.

A Static IP Address is a fixed address assigned to a device that doesn't change. Unlike dynamic IP address, which are standard in our NBN plans, a static IP ensures that other devices can easily locate and connect to it.
Once we submit the order, installation can take up to 55 business days. Installation can take longer than this, depending on your location and existing NBN infrastructure. The NBN installer will contact you directly during the order and installation process to confirm details and organise any onsite work that is required.
An Enterprise Ethernet compatible router is required. Please reach out to our Customer Support team to confirm if your current infrastructure can support Enterprise Ethernet or if an upgrade is necessary.
Unfortunately, Enterprise Ethernet connections cannot be transferred between providers. If you currently have an active Enterprise Ethernet service with another provider, Callnet can activate a new service on the same NBN infrastructure. You will need to cancel your existing connection once the Callnet service is live, so we recommend checking with your current provider to confirm if you're under contract and if there are any termination fees.
